These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the for4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a for4d account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the for4d Platform. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. for4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Residency. The for4d Platform is designed for and primarily directed at residents of Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. for4d makes no representation that its services are legal in all locations.
2.3 Single Account. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on for4d. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Prohibited Users. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on for4d:
3.1 Registration Process. To access for4d's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, a valid Indonesian mobile number, and a unique username and password.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. for4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your Account. You agree to notify for4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
3.4 Account Responsibility. All activities conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are your sole responsibility. for4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.5 KYC Verification. for4d may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. This process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP), proof of address, and in some cases a selfie with your identity document. KYC is required before any withdrawal is processed for Accounts that have not previously been verified.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. for4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment channels: local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). International card transactions via Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to issuer approval.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation. During periods of high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing times may extend to a maximum of 2 hours. for4d is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or payment provider.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 WIB on any given day are processed the same day. Requests submitted after 21:00 WIB will be processed on the following business day. for4d targets same-day withdrawals for verified Accounts; however, processing times may vary depending on the receiving bank's settlement schedule.
4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be released to payment accounts registered in the same name as the for4d Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Accounts that have received a Bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal of any bonus-derived funds is permitted.
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered Users as detailed in the specific promotion terms published on the Platform at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per User, per household, and per IP address.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Where no specific multiplier is stated, a default wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount applies.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise specified, Bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of being credited to your Account and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the Bonus being activated. Unclaimed or unexpired Bonuses that are not utilized within these windows will be forfeited automatically.
5.4 Abuse Prevention. for4d reserves the right to cancel, reclaim, or withhold any Bonus — including any winnings derived from a Bonus — where it reasonably determines that the Bonus has been claimed fraudulently, through the use of multiple Accounts, through collusion, or through any other form of abuse. Determination of bonus abuse is at for4d's sole discretion.
5.5 Seasonal Promotions. for4d may run special promotions timed to Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Independence Day (17 August), and major football tournaments such as Piala AFF and the FIFA World Cup. These promotions are subject to separate terms published at the time of the relevant campaign.
6.1 General. All bets placed on for4d are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or togel. These product-specific rules are published within each section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
6.2 Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with official match results as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1 matches, FIFA for international fixtures). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, for4d's decision, made in good faith based on available official data, is final.
6.3 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for a return to be paid. A void leg (e.g., a postponed match) reduces the accumulator by that selection; the remaining legs continue. A single losing leg voids the entire accumulator return.

8.1 Ownership. 10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits for4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
11.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting for4d support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.
11.2 Termination by for4d. for4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through for4d's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
12.3 Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory provisions of Indonesian law that cannot be contractually excluded.
13.1 for4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, for4d will notify registered Users via the email address or mobile number on record at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.1.
